This document specifies requirements for an application interface between dedicated short-range communication on-board equipment (DSRC-OBE) and external in-vehicle devices to make DSRC-OBE applicable for diversified electronic fee collection (EFC) systems.This document applies to:— definitions of the application interface between DSRC-OBE and external in-vehicle devices;— definitions of data groups and data elements.
